- I understand that I have the right to
cancel my account with MailDropDirect.com at any time, but
I should only do so after notifying MailDropDirect of my
actions.
- I understand that MailDropDirect.com
has the right to cancel my account if the monthly fee
charged to my credit card or paypal is declined for any
reason. And in the event of a payment
failure, I understand that MailDropDirect.com has the
right to demand payment using an alternative payment
method other than a credit card or paypal.
- I understand that MailDropDirect.com
has the rignt to demand a $25 fee if I would like to
re-activate my account after it has been canceled.
- I understand that if I initiate a chargeback procedure
against MailDropDirect.com, and it is subsequently judged
to be frivolous, I must pay MailDropDirect.com double the
amount that I am attempting to get refunded via the
chargeback. Further, I understand that if I initiate a
chargeback procedure against MailDropDirect.com,
MailDropDirect.com has the right to demand that I sign up
again using an alternative payment method (i.e., one that
does not involve a credit card). If I refuse to do this,
MailDropDirect.com has the right to cancel my account.
- I understand that MailDropDirect.com has the right to
cancel my account without notice if MailDropDirect.com has
good reason to believe that I am involved in credit card
fraud or if MailDropDirect does not feel comfortable
providing service to a customer.
- I understand that the contact email address I provide
MailDropDirect.com with must be valid. I accept that if I
fail to provide MailDropDirect.com with a valid email
contact address, thus making it impossible for
MailDropDirect.comto contact me via email,
MailDropDirect.com has the right to cancel my account
without notice.
- I understand that after 30 days of
service absolutely NO refunds will be given except in the
case of returned mails which resulted from a mistake or
mistakes made by MailDropDirect.com
- I agree to conduct my business in an
honest, ethical and legal manner.
- I understand that MailDropDirect.com
will not knowingly engage in any illegal mailing activity
through its services.
- I understand that it is illegal to use my mail drop
account to facilitate the transport of stolen items,
pornography, illegal drugs, firearms and cash for
money-laundering purposes. I accept that if any of the
aforementioned activities is discovered by
MailDropDirect.com, my account will be cancelled without
notice.
- I understand that I am taking a HUGE risk using my
maildropdirect account to receive or send cash notes,
blank checks, etc. I understand that it is unsafe and that
MailDropDirect should not be held responsible if any such
mails. Furthermore, MailDropDirect should not be held
responsible for lost or stolen mails unless where there is
proof that the mails have been delivered by the Post
Office to MailDropDirect.
- I understand and accept that
MailDropDirect.com is not responsible for any legal
violations on my part. In the event of a legal violation
that requires MailDropDirect.com to take legal action to
address said violation, I agree to reimburse
MailDropDirect.com for any time and legal expenses
involved.
- I understand that upon termination of
this service or failure to pay the agreed fee in advance,
MailDropDirect.com bears no responsibility to make my mail
available without payment thereof. Further, I understand
that if I wish to receive any mail received for me by
MailDropDirect.com after the date of termination, I must
provide MailDropDirect.com with a forwarding address
and pay the required fee for mail forwarding. Moreover, in
the event that I fail to do this, MailDropDirect.com has
the right to refuse further mail. And in the case of mail
already received, has the right to retain such mail for
not more than thirty (30) days, after which it will be
disposed of.
- I understand that if I instruct
MailDropDirect.com to accept (sign for) my
registered/certified mail, MailDropDirect.com assumes no
legal responsibility or liability for that action or any
event resulting from or associated with it.
- I understand that I should not contact
MailDropDirect credit card processors for refunds prior to
notifying MailDropDirect. I understand that doing this can
be considered fraud as you are trying to avoid charges for
service already provided by MailDropDirect. MailDropDirect
will use legal force against anyone who tries this.
