Q: Who uses mail forwarding services?

A: Everyone! Anyone! Anywhere! It can be used to remain anonymous or to have an international presence. Our service also enables you to protect your real identify and location when you do not wish for others to know where you really are.

Q: Do you open and read my mails?

A: No, We will never open your mail or letters unless you request us to do so. We simply insert your mail into another envelope and forward it directly to you.

Q: Do you accept delivery of courier packages?

A: Yes, We accept courier deliveries by DHL, Fedex, UPS, however we cannot accept packages which will require us to pay custom charges, so packages must contain documents ONLY.

Q: How is mail forwarded to me?

A: Mails are forwarded to you directly by regular postal airmail. We do not encourage our clients to receive mails via courier. After all, you are trying to remain anonymous!

Q: What items cannot be mailed to me via your service?

A: We only forward document type mails period! Ay other things will not be forwarded and we are not held responsible. Please do not send cash!

Q: What happens if mail does not arrive?

A: Like all standard postal services worldwide, we cannot guarantee delivery, however the postal service in St Vincent is highly reliable, so it is highly unlikely that mail will ever go missing.

Q: What will my mailing address look like?

A: Please note that no zip code is required. Here is an example of an address. Where xxxx is a number.

Q: How often do you forward mail worldwide?

A: Weekly or we can hold mail securely for any period without additional charges. If there are more than one pieces of mail we will forwarded them together in one envelope.

Q: How much does it cost for mail to be forwarded to me?

A: We don't have any handling charges! You only pay postage.

Q: How do you charge for your services?

A: We charge $19.95 per month for mail forwarding, $9.95 per month for document storage and $250 per year for a dedicated phone number with personal secretarial service. That's it! You pay either 3 months, 6months or 12 months upfront plus $50 postage deposit. Discount is available for longer terms.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept e-gold, paypal, Western Union, Money Gram. Please contact us for our account numbers and instructions. We do not list our accounts online for security reasons.
